1. General Policy
At Sanjeev Datta Personality School, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching, personal assessments, and personality development workshops. Due to the digital and slot-booking nature of our offerings, all sales and booking fees (including the โน498 assessment fee) are generally considered final.
2. Assessment & Coaching Sessions
For personal diagnostic assessments and 1:1 coaching sessions, you may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Rescheduling requests must be sent via email or WhatsApp. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are not eligible for a refund.
3. Digital Products and Online Programs
Purchases of online workshops, courses, or digital training materials are non-refundable once the content has been accessed or downloaded. If you experience technical issues accessing the learning materials, please contact our support desk for assistance.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that emergency scenarios arise. In the event of exceptional circumstances, refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Sanjeev Datta Personality School management.
5. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the criteria above, please submit a written request outlining your reasons to: info@sanjeevdatta.com. We aim to process and respond to all requests within 7-10 business days.
